I had a relationship with someone physically and mentally for 10 years I loved her for who she is even though she had some health issues like psoriasis I cared about her health and loved her alot. I am a medico and I had some backlog I wanted to marry her after completing my course and there is no objections from my parents now she's committed with someone and telling that she not happy with me and she doesn't like to see my face. When she is with me I cared and loved her alot at that time she told me I am feeling more happy with you than staying with my parents and you are my life and now she is telling that she is not happy with me and she doesn't like to see my face also. She blocked my number and she said who are you I don't know you. Please help me I am feeling so depressed and I lost my confidence and interest in everything I am getting suicidal thoughts I am staying away from my home I had no friends and unable to make new friends now please help me.

Complete your studies n go ahead in your life. There is so much to do in your life. U r just 28. Think about your family, your parents, they have given their unconditional love to u. And just by this incidence you r ruining urs as well as their life. Choice is yours.

Hi I am 32 male, a software architect - living outside india. I got tinnitus about 4.5 months back, it was a shock for me - went online on the internet and it made things worse, panic anxiety, depression and again tinnitus - I kept trying to pull me out of this but I feel I am in a downward spiral. I am handling tinnitus better for sure but a doom has settled down, I feel like I am not enjoying few things - a constant anxious ness and sadness is taking over. I wish to get out of it but seems I am somehow not able to it - I do feel my life has changed, I will never be able to be happy again. Before these 4.5 months I was happy enjoying my life to the fullest. Last to last year I had some anxiety issues for the first time in my life - but I was fine after 2 months. Right now I have a lot of sadness in my life, nights are worse - please guide me into a right direction.
