Please record it month by month along with medications, thyroid function test report, pregnancy and periods time, side effects of medication, hours of sleep, weight, irritability, anxiety, fights with in-laws and other relevant details. Or download a mood chart and fill it up for all these years. Take it to the psychiatrist when you are normal. Your problem may be mostly a bipolar disorder. There is a small ch...more
