Bipolar disease is primarily managed by medicines. Please be clear about this. Some of the additional things that you need to understand are:
it is important to sleep 8 hours at a stretch at night everyday
The waking and sleeping time must be same everyday
Stay away from alcohol, cigarette and all drugs
Take medicines daily without fail
If you need help on optimizing medications let me know.

Dear lybrate-user
the stage you are in right now is little bit high. Good thing is you have started to walk, now keep doing it regularly. Secondly avoid eating out, avoid sugar, avoid oily stuff, use pure cooking oil nd never use refined or double refined oil. If you can eat methi ka dana regularly for 3 months without a break your sugar will come to normal. Just soak 1 tea spoon methi ka dana in water overnight and drink that water in morning and chew the methi ka dana.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Ideally when one is taking treatment for diabetes then blood glucose should be controlled as follows: Fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg & HbA1c% <7. This will help the person to prevent or postpone development of severe complications of diabetes.
Fasting 200 mg is too bad. What is the usual PP glucose level and HbA1c%?
It appears that current treatment is inadequate, plus your dietary intake is more and there appears to be no physical activity...more

Hello Lybrate user,
With the right type of exercises you can certainly build strength and thickness to your wrists. Do wrist stretches and wrist extentions. Commit to a training routine and start doing it consistently, without taking a day off because you just don't feel like it. Have patience and work for stronger wrists.
Practice yoga to strengthen and widen your wrists. Do poses like upward-facing dog or intense side stretch pose.
Eat at least 1.2 g of protein each day to help bui...more

Dear user. I can understand. You are you. Whatever your behavior today, whatever your body language today are learned from your past experiences and social interactions. Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written. This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. In your present case I need to evaluate your behavior thoroughly before providing an answer. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you. Take care.
