As you have missed that time meet gynecologist with all records and reports of her and he/she will do the needful.

It does not show as miscarriage.
Pregnancy test 6 weeks after miscarriage should be negative- if negative then that incidence is over.
If want to check now whether miscarriage was complete- do sonography.

Pcr test of what - you have not mentioned details.
Afb test of blood is for acid fast bacilli- not of much help if done only withh blood.

Well as it was your normal period which can be clotted sometimes, I think it's not your miscarriage as your having period last month also.

Hello, it is unlikely because of hcg injection. Hcg is meant to support pregnancy and not cause abortion. Miscarriage would have occurred because the pregnancy was possibly non viable or unfit to survive.
