Implant can be a good option if there is good bone support remaining. Otherwise you can go for a bridge also. Adjacent teeth requires r.c.t. If they have become non vital (the tooth become life less) due to trauma.

I believe there are two parts to this question a) if you got the correct advice
b) if its possible.
I'll answer the second first. Pediatric dentists handle children as young as 3 days old. Rct in 4 years old is very common and possible. However the child's compliance can not be predicted. Hence ait is strongly advised to get the procedure done by a pediatric dentist/pedodontist.
A) you have yourself written that the kid has cavities. I have no reason to believe that any wrong advice ...more

Milk teeth broken 6 months ago is the reason why adult teeth are not erupted due to be bone formation above adult teeth. It become little hard to erupt for adult teeth. I think you should wait for 6 months whether its erupting or not. If not then x ray is to be done for missing teeth to know the exact cause. Sometimes the bone above the adult teeth has to be removed to facilitate easy eruption of adult teeth. You can also discuss about this with your dentist. Hope it helps.

You may need deep artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. All food & drink containing sugar, sticky food, dry mouth, improper oral hygiene that includes improper brushing, flossing, & tongue cleaning can cause tooth decay.
There is no medicine or vaccines to stop or prevent tooth decay.
Rampant caries progresses at a faster rate in children and it involves multiple teeth. It’s also called nursing bottle caries as the decay spreads due to feeding milk during the night & putting the baby or children to sleep without brushing. Hence early diagnos...more
