Hello-
Your penis has not been adjusted to sensations without foreskin after the surgery, it is the main reason that you are unable to perform sex. This forced abstinence has affected your libido so you lost interest on sex. All the conditions are interconnected to each other. It can be corrected and you can do sex normally, with proper treatment.

give more time to foreplay and confidence building amongst each other. however, if it doesn't help, you may go for a simple herbal local application to be applied on vagina before sexual intercourse for relaxation of spasm. this is harmless and temporary. if desired, pl consult online.

Hi, mirena is an intrauterine device (iud) inserted in the uterus. It is not a surgery. It will be inserted by a gynecologist. It can be kept in the uterus for 5 years. Helps in reducing heavy bleeding and also in preventing pregnancy. What about biopsy report? Is it normal?
