All the creams that you are using contain steroids and possibly are responsible for your problem
you must see a dermatologist soon and get your problem treated otherwise it can lead to phimosis
I would suggest getting your blood sugars also tested and stop using any cream for 2-3 days before seeing any dermatologist so that they can see the exact severity and extent of your problem.
