Change your regular toothpaste with flouride releasing toothpaste, brushing twice daily after applying an leaving the toothpaste for 5 minutes before rinsing and not eating for half hour is good enough for effect of toothpaste to take place. Hello lybrate-user removing all teeth are not advisable, but it also depends on the condition of the teeth, if all are moving and there a lot of cavity and tooth cannot be saved, so it is advisable to remove rather than to keep in the mouth. But the point what to do after removing the teeth.

as you have mentioned you have problem while eating hard food there can be many reasons for this. The most common reason is pyorrhoea or periodontitis.
