Take ras manikya. Gandhak rasayan and shukti pishti with honey three times a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Eat green vegetables. Healthy food. Fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do pranayama early in the morning. Walk minimum for 30 minutes per day.

- have more of fibrous foods including vegetables & fruits (avoid banana, mango chickoo & grapes), legumes including pulses, lentils, peas, sprouts, have beans regularly as they are low glycemic & help in stabilising blood sugar, have low fat milk & milk products like yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, lean meats like seafoods twice a week (avoid red meats)
