Symbrachydactyly is caused by bones in the hand not forming correctly before birth. It is likely caused by a lack of blood flow to the tissue. Symbrachydactyly is not inherited (it cannot be passed down through a family), but it is linked with some genetic syndromes.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

There are a number of things that can alter the appearance, shape, or texture of your nipple or areola. Sometimes these are quick and temporary changes, such as a reaction to touch or cold temperature. Hormonal fluctuations (e.g. During pregnancy) and even age can induce perfectly normal changes in the nipples as well.

Amniotic Band Syndrome occurs when the unborn baby (fetus) becomes entangled in fibrous string-like amniotic bands in the womb, restricting blood flow and affecting the baby’s development.
ABS occurs randomly. It’s not genetic, nor is it caused by anything a pregnant Mom did or didn’t do during pregnancy. To date, no prenatal factors have been associated with ABS. It is extremely unlikely that ABS will affect a future pregnancy.
