Hi dear friend.
I noted down your history. Here are the few points I would like to add from my side.
1) your pulse rate was/is high because your hb was/is low. 2) now as it is better than before but still you should take some supplements for vitamin b12 as well. 3) consume diet rich in iron like spinach, beetroot, dryfruits, eggs etc.
4) if all the above is corrected and still pulse is high then need to see for other issues like anxiety.

Get it thyroid profile, cbc checked from some lab. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
