Please do a Thyroid profile test -m T3/T4/TSH
Monitor her blood pressure/blood sugar - FBS/PPBS
If there is any fear she is hiding and not able to expresses this can happen - hence speak to her on this while she is alone.
Give her Aconite 30 - thrice daily 4 pills for next 7 days
Based on the reports further treatment would be suggested.

Any child with early neonatal seizures with early childhood problem has more risk.
