My cramps during chumps is extremely high and painful. I loose all my strength and this pain lasts for about 7 to 8 hours on the first day. Second day for about 3 to 4 hours.

Abdominal crampsNot really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also adbominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.

I heard that few women bleed during their implantation. Implantation usually occur on the date of next period. But implantation blood comes for only few days. My question is that, I usually have unbearable cramp during my period. So the first thing I do after spotting is to take meftal spas before the pain gets severe. People says meftal spas are not good for fetus. I am afraid what if I mistake my implantation bleeding for period and took meftal spas.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
