Hello doctor! just a question. My age is 26. I've recently get done my ultrasound. My right and left ovary volume is 24 ml and 18 ml. Is it normal? What is the volume of healthy ovaries? Can you please mention. thank you.

You can expect your periods within a week of stopping regesterone. If still no periods and the pregnancy test is negative, get usg done.

If you are having regular periods then you can discontinue in 3 months. Start a regular regime of specific exercises for pcod and dietary control. All should be fine.
