Melanin is the darkening pigment in our bodies. As an alternative, you can either buy skin lightening creams or melanin reducing creams from a store or visit a dermatologist to get some prescribed products. Natural home remedies like turmeric, aloe vera, tomato, cucumber, turmeric, lemon and potato can also be used to get rid of excess melanin.

Do not worry too much about these type or articles, they are for research purpose. Also you take Vit E in the form of whole food, not isolated, hence it is safe and it works as anti-oxidant in the body. On net you will find many contradictory reports like on soybean, flaxseeds etc. As long as you are eating in moderation as whole food, not supplements, you are safe. Nature knows the best.

Aloe vera has shown very good results in skin diseases and it is often taken as health drink. It is also found effective in treating wrinkles, stretch marks and pigmentations.
