Hi dear doctor or whom ever reading this. I’m a boy aged 21 living in Navi Mumbai currently pursuing professional course here. I really want your help asap. My problem is that I have a high libido. I know it’s unusual and I’m not saying this to look ‘cool’. My sex drive is intense and I’m tired and disgusted of it. With that I can’t focus on any other things. I can’t even hangout with people with women in it. I try hard to not to feel any sexual feelings for them. I don’t act upon the feelings because I’m not a pervert or a rapist. I don’t masturbate because I’m repulsive of it. I don’t like that act and I’m psychologically opposed to it. It’s against my values. Not religious but personal. It does’t even give me pleasure anymore. The last time I did was almost a month ago. I also don’t want to be with women. Because I don’t want to have sex with other people. I’m really very sorry if I’m sounding rude. But also I hate most of the women. I'm a sapiosexual almost and in that aspect I don’t like women. There are many aspects to it. But as this text is already big I don’t want to go into the details. I humbly request you to kindly look into this problem of mine and suggest me an aphrodisiac which can have temporary or permanent effect or other safe and viable options. I honestly don’t want to get a counseling and be told to just get a girlfriend. I also don’t want to be fooled into a therapy which just want me to have sex without I’m entirely aware about it. I searched in Internet and got a big list of medicines, drugs and therapy but I want to consult a honest humble and trustworthy real doctor to try anyone of them. I again request you humbly to provide me with solutions. Regards.

People have varied sex drives and it's a natural phenomenon. But if those thoughts or the fear that you will act upon them are causing you so much distress, you should seek help from a clinical psychologist. They would neither tell you to get a gf or have sex. They would help you in normalising the thoughts and not letting them over power you.

If you are not suffering from some allergy or asthma then it's because of some psychological issue. Detail discussion and evaluation needed to confirm the diagnosis and accordingly treatment can be suggested. Don't worry it easily treatable with some counseling and medication. Consult a psychiatrist nearby or online so that thorough evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be finalized. All the best.

For this remedy, in your cup of tea (chai, green tea, black tea or whatever you prefer), add one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of fenugreek powder. Mix well. Drink this concoction twice a day to cure wet dreams.
