Seems she is having relapse of symptoms. It is common in mood disorders to have episodic relapses. Even though she is maintaining well with medication till now consult your psychiatrist so that her symptoms can be evaluated thoroughly and plan her medication for new episode of depression.

Such decisions are made after a thorough clinical assessment. Very difficult to comment without an assessment. Most important is to see response to treatment and then take process forward.

Thanks for putting up your query. Relapses suggest that the illness is not completely addressed or illness is progressive. Also depends forte contains escitalopram and clonazepam, and clonazepam being 'needed' for such a long time means illness is not completely addressed. Please discuss all issues with your doctor on follow up.

There specific methods to deal with conversion disorder. The role of family is very important. I hope the psychiatrist has explained how you people need to respond. The medicines will reduce the emotional component associated with the disorder. Finally it is addressing the conflicts and resolving the same. The child rather than speaking with clinical psychologist needs to be assessed by projective tests to find the areas of conflict and address the same. Good luck.

This medicine needs to be monitored at least every 3 months, kindly consult any astute psychiatrist online or nearby and get evaluated. Annual blood tests need to be taken, clonazepam after some time should be attempted for tapering and stopping, etc. Good luck.

Hello. Since you are suffering from multiple physical complaints along with insomnia and anxiety, I first suggest you get a whole body check up to rule out any underlying problem like thyroid, diabetes, etc. Then I suggest you consult a psychiatrist. These issues can be dealt with through medicines and relaxation exercises. Also, I suggest you consult an orthopedic doctor if you have muscle/ bone problems.

Try hard.
Don't stuck with only one exam, have multiple choices of courses open in front of you.
Chose anyone and work hard in it, whetherr it is mbbs or other course.
Don't underestimate other courses as well.
Have backup plan.
