Hello Doctor, I am 32 years old widow as I lost my hubby after 4 months of marriage in 2016. I was working with BPO but left after marriage. I moved to my sisters house after I lost my hubby as my in laws did not give my hubby money to me at all. It was an against love marriage and family still not aware of it. I do not have any savings and arguments happen btwn me and my family for me to get married when I do not even like the guy. Sometimes me and my sister also argue for small normal day-to-day things. I found a guy who is a seafarer but he wants me to work so I am doing my further studies. Now my parents do not support me much as my Boy friend belongs to different caste. I always had differences between me n my parents almost since 7 years back. I am very much depressed and feel very lonely and I even get thoughts to kill myself but I divert my mind because I know that only Strong woman can face all these. I still keep crying locking myself in a room and do not let anyone know. I am not able to concentrate on studies, I get distracted and disturbed. I get pressure from family to get married, get pressure from BF to make career and make savings, arguments btwn me n sister. I am fed up with life. Please suggest me what to do as I want to make my career and be independent and bloom in future. I want to show everyone that what I am capable of. I had enough taunts from everyone. I am 32 years old, 153 Inches, 76 Kg. On a medication--using Acenac, ST-cort, Ginkomat and calcirest M. Thank you.

I have been under phases of depression-major depression and severe anxiety since teenage. Since last 6 months my psychiatrist has increased my medications and I would like to understand if it is going to be possible for me to get out this completely or not medically? And how long can I use these medicines, will they start wearing out their effects? Everyday Medicines: Stamlo 2.5 x 2, Zapiz 0.5 x 3, Trazonil 0.5 x 1, Desveren 100 mg x 1, Bupron XL 300, Multivitamins. I have also stopped smoking since 20 days and alcohol completely since 3 months and feel little hotter than before.

it's good that you are taking help from psychiatrist. The course of medicines will be decided by him or her. With improvement in your condition he will also reduce the dosages too. But if you feel any side effects, it is advisable to speak to him.

Hi, Aged 32 age, staying in bangalore, I was in chennai-my native. Since my childhood I have liked women elder to me. I was in relationship for 13 years with a lady near my neighbourhood, she was 32 back then, she was staying alone. She liked me, I was 17 when my relationship started with her. Initially she use to force me, I could not tell anyone abt it. Then as time passed I kind of accepted her. I had mixed feelings, I sometimes wanted to leave her but sometimes feel close to her. She used to behave like a mother sometime and sometime like a wife or sometime like a girlfriend or lover. She passed away in 2015, since then I am finding it difficult to be normal. I feel lonely all the time, anger and mood swings. Frustration. Feel like committing suicide. I tried to make new relationships. But. Not attracted to young girls. Had a few gf but could not do anything. Afraid of sex. Attracted to women older than me. But not confident and afraid. I do not know what to do. I am staying alone in bangalore and avoiding marriage. Please help me.

I am 53 years old male and am suffering from MDD and GAD for last two years. The medicines I have been taking are D-Veniz (200 mg once), Prothiaden (75 mg once). Toficalm (100 mg once) and Sizodon MD (0.5 mg once). My doctor says I need to have these medicines life long as this may not be curable. Please let me know if this is curable and, if yes, what medicines I should take and in what doses.

The child is under very critical situation with no mother to share his feeling. Keep him busy most of the time and be available for him whenever he is in need of moral support. Don't leave him alone. Usermy father aged 64, has a medical history of bipolar disorder since past 5 years, he is on continuous medication and his condition is also improved. For last 1 year he is also on medication for high bp and also experiencing constipation .since last 1 week his constipation has become severe bp is rising and most importantly he is going through memory lost and also not responding much to conversations.
