It can be idiopathic lymphadenopathy, tuberculosis or cancer.
Need more investigation to confirm it.

Hello lybrate-user that lump which you are feeling can be because of some infection. So what we can do is we can start your treatment. Also there's no harm in touching it. But treating it is important.

your can be because of ear infection. Nothing to worry. It will resolve on its own. Do saline gargles daily.

They r recurrent, if I take one course of
antibiotic
anti inflammatory for five to seven days

These small lump like swellings around neck are be ause of cough and cold, not to worry much, but on a safer aspect, I would recommend you to start some medication along side saline water gargles and steam inhalation, also some leading questions are needed to be asked.
