As I don't know the full history and the nature and origin of pain, its difficult to suggest accurate treatment. Two suggestions, 1. See the dr, who is treating lung cancer or he may refer her to pain clinic, 2. If the cancer has spread to the bone then zolendronic acid once a month, and if its due to local disease, then pregabalin or prothiadine.

Nebulisation is not the main kine of treatment.
It is only supportive.
Depending on the type of ILD He needs to be started on tablets depending on IPF/NSIP Pattern and cause for ILD.
Oral tablets are the mainstay of treatment.

Firstly sir ,would like to know, how long have you been diagnosed with lung cancer, and are you on any supportive chemo/ radiotherapy or any domiciliary oxygen support. Depending jpon the grading, of how breathless you are with bouts of exacerbations you have, few medicines can be titrated. If not suffering from any other co- morbities ,can start with doxobid 200 mg twice a day, montair fx once at night, and nebulization with ipravent & budecort [if you feel more breathless].
