You have only anxiety induced laboured breathing and you need to do meditation and breathing exercise along with meditation to feel normal. In case you have greater fear you can do a checkup by a cardiologist and convince your mind.

dense hilum shows many possibilities bt exact what u suffer is tell after xray and ur problem feel acc to that.

may be it simply calcification or may be it is related to malignancy like cancer. this condition is serious or not not says by only this. better to consult properly.
