There is no need of any sort of medication post covid. You can take vitamin tablets. The time taken to fully recover depends on the damaged which you have had. On an average 1mnth to fully go back to normal.

Hello . Normally Tuberculosis causes scar formation in lung which does not disappear afterwards also. But it gradually reduces with time and harmless.
