Hi if you are able to manage with pain. Now time for you to start consulting a physiotherapist or manual therapist. They should assess you and give you proper treatment. My suggestion for you is. 1. Visit a physiotherapist / manual therapist (chiropractic/osteopathic)

It can surely be a muscle spasm. Apply ice pack. Do some hot water fermentation. Refer a physiotherapists nearby. You can go for interferential therapy which will be helpful in increases the blood circulation and induces muscle relaxation.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hello Lybrate user, maintain good posture, take some precautions as avoid long time sitting in a same posture, avoid forward bending etc. Take some weeks session of physiotherapy treatment. When Dr. Suggests you for exercise then do on regular basis.
