hi sir,
keep IFT machine in the Physiotherapy department,
use cervical pillow,
use soft collar,
do isometric exercises of neck,
avoid much bending activities of neck.
for lower back:
take rest properly,
wear lumbar belt,
avoid prolonged standing sitting,
avoid bending activities of back,
avoid sitting on the floor,
avoid hard mattress.

At this young age, backache is usually postural or related to some compression pathology in your spinal canal. Please don't consume these antibiotics and analgesics without any specialist's advice. Also start properly guided exercises to increase your back muscles tone and strength. Stretch your hamstring muscles. Improve posture, don't bend forwards. Start regular walking. If you are obese, try working on weight reduction.
