1.knee-to-chest stretch
lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor (a). Using both hands, pull up one knee and press it to your chest (b). Tighten your abdominals and press your spine to the floor. Hold for 5 seconds. Return to the starting position (a) and repeat with the opposite leg (c). Return to the starting position and then repeat with both legs at the same time (d). Repeat each stretch two to three times — preferably once in the morning and once at night.more

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

For gas n constipation do this
1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
