Diet for low bp.
Drink lots of water and juices. Keep hydrated. Take low carbohydrate foods. Take foods high in vitamin b12 such as eggs, meat, milk products, fortified breakfast cereals, and some nutritional yeast products. Also foods high in folate such as dark leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, eggs, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, and grains.

Ask him to have food restrictions like---plenty of vegetable salads ;fresh vegetable--carrot--juice ;daily. Plenty of water and fluids daily.----- control fast ;junk; coloured ;bakery; tinned;preserved; fried ;grilled food items. Limit oils; pickles;red meat items in food. Limit egg and egg products. It is safe to take. However, it is better to get your blood pressure controlled .low blood pressure is not good either. Do speak to the doctor before taking the vaccine so that you can be monitored.

You need to take hypertensive medicine after consulting general practitioner if your SYSTOLIC and DIASTOLIC BP is more than 140 and 90 consistently.Also are you diabetic? If so are you on any medicines for it.

A reduction in blood pressure throughout the body may occur because tadalafil relaxes blood vessels (arteries) throughout the body. Caution must be used in patients with low blood pressure– for example, less than 90/50 mmHg.

if your bp is less than 90/50 then i would recommend you to not consume it.

1. Yes, it is high, bp should be less than 140/90.2. Persisting high bp can cause strokes, heart failure and kidney failure, 3. Bp medications once started usually has to be taken continuously for life, 4. Get 3 alternate day bp recording at same time and if all 3 recordings are high ,you better start taking medications to prevent further organ damage, 5.
