You should do bp charting 2 times in a day for 7 days. Of the average bp of 7 days is on the higher side, then your bp medications will be started. Bp medicines are usually safe. Kindly contact me for further queries.

Hi, im a 20 year old woman, 5 ft 2. I've had low blood pressure in the past but I think I might have it again? Possibly diabetes? I'm always tired, lightheaded, find it hard to even make it out of bed. I suffer from loneliness, anxiety and depression too which might have to do with it. I know im deficient in nutrients, and have started to take omega 3 supplements, vitamin d, and vitamin b. I find it really hard to process things as quickly as others, even though I am trying to concentrate as much as possible and I put double the effort others do in trying to retain information. For example, in leading a zipwire session (as I am an outdoor activity instructor). I think this is also what is leading me to be depressed. Feeling very slow and useless compared to everybody else. I have been slow my entire school life too. I would really like to know what this could be linked to or if it is maybe adhd. Finally, I have an issue where I am always needing to urinate, at least a few times an hour. This has been happening for years and is worrying because I can't work or get to sleep easily.
