Diet for low bp.
Drink lots of water and juices. Keep hydrated. Take low carbohydrate foods. Take foods high in vitamin b12 such as eggs, meat, milk products, fortified breakfast cereals, and some nutritional yeast products. Also foods high in folate such as dark leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, eggs, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, and grains.

Ask him to have food restrictions like---plenty of vegetable salads ;fresh vegetable--carrot--juice ;daily. Plenty of water and fluids daily.----- control fast ;junk; coloured ;bakery; tinned;preserved; fried ;grilled food items. Limit oils; pickles;red meat items in food. Limit egg and egg products.
