it is good that your blood pressure is normal throughout the day tthe fact that at night the diastolic is reaching 90 is cause for concern. However, at this stage, medication may not be required. You can try lifestyle modifications-diet, meditation and exercise for 3 months and see if your blood pressure is regulated. Do contact if you need help with that.
