No, font take it. For increasing appetite do this
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Take tab Gasex 2t abs 3 times a day and tab Avipattikara 1 tab thrice a day after food for 10-15 days continuously. Consume small amount of food frequently and avoid spicy food.

If she is unhealthy with lack of periods, pallor etc, better do a psychiatrist consultation to rule out anorexia. Also blood investigations are necessary.
