It may be abcess ; gingival or periapical. If tooth mobility is severe then it is advised to get it extacted. It is not a serious problem but needs treatment otherwise it may become very painful later on.

For gum infection, go for professional scaling and polishing. If the condition is much worse you might require flap surgery on gums. If the mobility of the tooth is more, than its better to remove it n get the artificial implanted.

You need to see your dentist immediately if you want to save your tooth
you need to get an x ray to see if the tooth has broken from the root or is it still attached.
The more you delay the less chance you will have of saving your tooth.

- floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque.
- control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth.

I can tackle sensitivity using desensitizing mouthwashes n desensitizing toothpastes.
Go for scalling n polishing of your teeth to removed dirt n stains off your teeth. However you can go for bleaching of your teeth to lighten your teeth by 2-3shades but bleaching can increase your teeth sensitivity. Using whitening toothpaste can also increase sensitivity.
