You go for scaling first, because of accumulation of tarter only your lower teeth become mobile, to treat that you may go bone grafting. And overbite can be treated by orthodontic treatment with braces.

When I was in around 6-7 years old, I had a fall, wherein a loose upper teeth fell and got pierced in the lower lip. Things were fine so far.
