Extraction of two teeth for braces is not harmful in any sense. If required you can go ahead and get it done

smoking is completely prohibited for a minimum of 24 hrs and ideally atleast 7 days till the extraction wound heals . if you smoke it can result in excessive pain and dry socket

You should visit a dentist and get an x-ray done. Seems like it is re infection of the same tooth that may occur in rare cases, or infection of a neighbouring tooth. Either way, you must see a dentist. If it is a case of reinfection, re rct may be needed in that tooth.

After root canal if there is swelling again it can be due to 2 reasons
1.faulty root canal
2.faulty crown.
So accordingly you ll either require re rct or just getting a new crown.

Isoflurane is inhalational agent. It is given through the mouth and not through injection. Message me for more information.

Normally there is no pain after rct if it persists contact your Dr. again to reevaluate the rct yes a cap is recommended after rct as it provides strength to rct tooth n it's not painfull to take it.

If the pain is bearable then need not worry. Just continue with warm saline rinses atles 8-10 times a day.

Cost depends upon the expertise of the dentist and the type of crown you chose. Zirconia crowns are the most expensive.

Root canal treatment includes single sitting with rotary instrument or 3-4 visit wid hsnd instrument. To save the tooth we clean the tooth till root length. Crown can be placed immidiately aftr treatment.

If your canine roots are healthy, they can be retained for root supported overdentures after doing their rcts. If the canines are already failing and periodontaly weak, it's better to remove them early do that further bone loss doesn't occur and get implant supported dentures for long term comfort. Implant surgery is not a complicated one and there is no reason why you should be afraid of them. All the best!
