It's great that you're exercising consistently, but consuming amla powder on a daily basis can exacerbate your acidity problem. As a homoeopathic consultant, I may recommend homoeopathic medications such as lycopodium 200 and carbo. Veg 200 can aid in speedier recovery.

Homoeopathic medicines can also be utilised to treat fatty liver disease. Chelidonium, lycopodium, carduus marianus, nux vomica, and phosphorus are some of the most often used homoeopathic treatments for fatty liver. Fatty liver disease is a condition in which there is an accumulation of fat in the liver cells. This can lead to inflammation and damage to the liver if left untreated.
Elevated levels of liver enzymes, such as ast (sgot) and alt (sgpt), are often an indication of liver damage or inflammation. A fibroscan is a non-invasive test that can assess the degree of liver stiffness or fibrosis, which can be an indicator of liver disease progression.

for this to correlate, other parameters of renal and liver function tests should be considered cause can be due to kidney damage or liver injury.

Hi,
this is little elevated. But there could be several causes like dehydration causing it.
You should hydrate well for atleast 2-3 days then repeat it.
In the meantime also plan for a urine complete examination and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
Also, do you have any other co morbidities or ny medications that you might be using?
