You ve got fatty liver disease probably. You are slightly overweight. You need to reduce 5 kg over a period of 2-3 months. Exercise at least 4 days a week, aerobics of endurance training or high intensity interval training. You diet looks ok, if you are comfortable with it. You need further tests in hospital to asses your fatty liver disease.
