Kindly tell the current medication you are taking check your cbc plus iron profile for ruling out anemia
as of your bmi is within normal range so weight is not the reason but I advised you some daily activity

if your pet has just licked your leg and skin is intact you need to wash that area thoroughly under running water for 15 min and apply antiseptic.
If their is any bite mark present you need to wash that area and get vaccinated.
N consult a veterinarian for your pets vaccination schedule.

Sharing of saliva can lead to rabies.
You can never be too sure if bowl has been properly washed. Better would be to get vaccinated as it is serious disease if it happens and you should be responsible for yourself and family members. Of course if you are sure that bowl has been properly cleaned and no saliva contact then you can ignore my advice.
