ask your physio to teach you exercises for bending knee, to strengthen the hamstring and quadriceps muscles. muscle strength should be good in order to hold your body weight on knees.

undergone proper rehab under Physiotherapist guidance? Kindly contact Physiotherapist for this. To reduce pain you can do icing 10 mins 2 to 3 times in a day. Also you can use knee hinge splint. And continue your knee exercises.

Hi,
you have not mentioned which ligament is torn, please mention that secondly grade II tear generally can be treated with physiotherapy for 2-3 months extensively if there are no multiple injuries involved. Range and strength can only be gained with physiotherapy. Surgery, for now, is not recommended for you if you're into active sports.
