Sir/Madam I have suffered from ligament injuries in my left knee 4 months ago. I have already get treatment from best ortho. Doctor prescribed medicine courses and physiotherapy. Medicine course completed but physiotherapy is still going on. Now I facing problem a bit during walking and sitting in crossed leg. please suggest or advice me to do.
ask your physio to teach you exercises for bending knee, to strengthen the hamstring and quadriceps muscles. muscle strength should be good in order to hold your body weight on knees.
do more exercises which will give you permanent recovery.
