Tobacco in any form is harmful for our teeth, gums, heart, or in short for our whole body. One should try to quit tobacco by reducing the quantity and frequency of tobacco consumption. Keep yourself busy, avoid meeting people with habit of tobacco. Drink plenty of water. Avoid soft drinks. And start feeling good with slowly leaving tobacco.
