Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks.

you can start with ashwagandha arishta 20 ml twice a day
tab kaishore guggul 2 tab twice a day
panchakarma thru ayurveda Dr. Is required every 2 months therapy like vaman, virechan, rakta mokshan will help you.
