Hi, lichen planus is an autoimmune disease which can affect skin as well as mouth. Presently, it can be controlled easily but cannot be cured completely. If the condition is severe, homeopathy or ayurveda will not help much. I would advice you to visit a dermatologist for the treatment of skin lesions and an oral medicine specialist for oral lesions. Meanwhile, apply kenacort oral gel 0.1% on oral lesions. Regards.
