Wysolone only if other pain killers do not work. You may consult rheumatologist/orthopaedic surgeon. He will prescribe you pain killers which are effective on severe pain. Hot fomentation and some breathing exercises and exercises can work. You cannot get permanent pain relief from medicines. You have to take medicines for continuously. Additionally, diet therapy from a good dietician can work.

Steroids are not advisable for a long duration as this condition is not curable.
But it can be under control with medications and exercises
need to consider breathing exercises
if possible can try swimming/cycling .best for ankylosing spondylitis.
Saaz 1gm has to be taken with frequent monitoring of your blood profile/lft.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Only FT4 is not so much important. TSH has to come up also total T4 level also needs to be checked. The very fact that TSH is still 0.007mU/L, shows you have still a very strong hyperactivity of thyroid gland. TSH has to come up to 2 to 4 mU/L range. The hyperactivity has to be completely brought in control. If you are on treatment for over 2 years then please talk to your doctor and find out if other options like Radio Iodine c...more
