35 years male, itp with 33k recent cbc, since childhood along with seborrheic dermatitis since age of 15 years and ankylosing spondylitis since 2013, hla b 27 (+), acute phase reactants (-), morning stiffness day and night on overlying positions, light left sided neck pain in 90� rotation, axial back bone pain (dorsal) and hip (sacro-iliactis ), no actual treatment, any medications suits all the three diseases?
