-you have mentioned that you have mild chronic depression, the symptoms you have mentioned are found in depression, also get your blood sugar, thyroid hormone levels, cholesterol profile done

Go for haemoglobin test and see if you are anaemic or not. Improve your diet. Have more fruits and raw vegetables like cucumber, tomato, carrot, beet root etc.
