Hello, DNS surgery takes about 30-45 min to perform it can be done as a day care procedure and discharged the same day. There will be nasal pack which is removed the next day and depending on the surgeon there may or may not place a septal splint for 3-5 days. Cost depends on various factors and may vary from 35-60 thousand.
