It looks like you are weak and it might be due to anaemia. You need to consume good iron diet in the body (haemoglobin and folic acid supplement) if not it is difficult for you to cope up the body metabolism. Since you are very young this might the reason. The reason might be due to back pain which is called sciatic nerve compression and it happens due to weakness where in the inflammed disc is not nourished and which touches the sciatic nerve which causes the radiating pain in the back and butt...more

Current issue my hands and legs (especially on sitting) hurts while lying down or sitting, but as soon I start walking pain stops. I also have diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency now, and before that vitamin d (it is now in level), but despite of taking medicines pain in legs and hands is not improving. Sometimes fingers also hurt and toes becomes a little bit swollen but they recover itself (which I think can be due to prolonged sitting. Nowadays I am also became more prone to bloating, so I avoid foods that trigger bloating. Headaches are also more frequent and of different patterns (which are triggered by sitting, especially while writing). My lips also become very dray even start blooding if I drink less water. History of medical conditions: the problems started around 3 years ago during my college with itching which remained mild for 1 year (like it aggravated in sunlight and during exercise) and vitamin d and b12 deficiency, thereafter I came to know that it is cholinergic urticaria (only in winter- in last two years it became unbearable, during winters I have to stop all activities including controlling emotional triggles like laughing etc.) of which I have underwent various treatments and therapies without any improvement. In last 2 years I also started facing pin and needles like pain (intermittently) and weakness for which a lot of tests have been done including hiv, blood sugar, x rays etc. But nothing came out in those reports and I was prescribed with vitamin and minerals medicines. But over the time nothing worked. Although, I don't have pin and needles like pain nowadays, it looks like the same pain converted in intermittent legs and hand pain (which is also intermittent but it is more long-lasting like for 1-2 or 3-4 days.). Now the doctor has said that it is nothing but mental pressure due to study (which I don't think right, because as far as mental stress and related issues concerned I am not having any kind of pressure), but I accepts his review about physical inactivity because before except few days ago I was not consistent with exercise, I restrained myself indoors since last 2 years as I am preparing for civil services, my schedule involves around 14-15 hours of sitting and 6 hours of sleep, now from last week I also started going to park for exercise so daily I walk around 3 km, and do other exercise. But after adopting all these changes as well leg & hand pain is not improving. (currently I don't have urticaria issue, as it is not that cold here (rajasthan)). So what can be the issue is it only prolonged inactivity? From the point of view of mental stress I am not much concerned about any think that much which can create stress, but I am only concerned about future like currently I have adopted a long course of life, but if I am suffering from any chronic disease which can have negative repercussions on my life span, than in that case I would require to change my strategy and priorities immediately.
