Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. These you can discuss accordingly.

Hello, Eflora cream reduces rate of hair growth but doesn't reduce it permanently and not to be used for long time. Laser are safer and effective options need 6-8 sessions and maintenance once in 6 mo or a year. Consult a demrmatologist.

Hello, You seem to be developing freckles and DPN. These are related to sun damage, continuous usage of sunscreen can reduce the occurance of these spots. As far as treatment of spots they are best dealt with by RF cautery, plasmapen or lasers. Consult in private with photographs for more details.

Mix equal quantity of Rose petal powder and orange peel powder in gram flour and clay, mix in rose water and apply daily before bath and leave it for 20 minutes then wash off.
Apply Milk with saffron all over at bedtime.
