Hello. The blemishes or freckles can be treated by many ways. The sunscreen lotion definitely helps in further worsening of the condition if you are in the tropical zone. But these are best treated by the laser skin rejuvenation which permanently removes such pigmentations. Do consult a skin specialist for the same. U can consult online with me as well.

Hello, You seem to be developing freckles and DPN. These are related to sun damage, continuous usage of sunscreen can reduce the occurance of these spots. As far as treatment of spots they are best dealt with by RF cautery, plasmapen or lasers. Consult in private with photographs for more details.
