I think ur mixed up by correlate do u mean integrate well if yes the bone graft gives the frame work to form a new bone if it's placed over fresh bleeding bone n covered with protective body tissue

It's called a syncope because u were empty stomoch. Hypoglycaemia. Fear of unknown. Sudden anxiety posture etc may reduce blood supply or sugar or both to brain n u loose conscience but revived the moment u r head is bright low so nothing to worry

Wisdom tooth is one of the rudimentary organs. This means that exists in our our body but has no function.
It is not intelligence to keep the decayed wisdom tooth in your mouth bcoz it will decay d adjacent required tooth. So its very much advisable to go for extraction bcoz it has NO SIDE EFFECTS OR AFTER EFFECTS.

No only one extraction at a time ...teeth cleaning can be done
..if supposing I extract three teeth at a time how will you eat and how will u take the pain after extraction ...for all three teeth.. teeth extraction advised one at a time ..

Most probably the filling is broken and lodged in gum due to occlusal/ chewing forces. If so, it has to be filled again and gum will heal once broken material is removed, you can try among orasore gel, rexidine m forte gel, dentogel, dologel CT etc whatever is prescribed by your dentist at that time. If filling breaks again and again, ask for capping as a Permanent solution.
