You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipationmore

This may be because of indigestion/ gas/ infection You can take Syp Digene (if no drug allergy), one tsf before food twice a day for 3 days
Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day avoid excessive tea, coffee

Your problem is due to gases and obesity. Take lycopodium 200, and asafoetida 30, 4-4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment.
You need to see the food what you are taking.
Do exercise daily, avoid spicy, heavy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking (if you do)
eat salads and sprouts, papaya to reduce gastric problem.

What is the colour of your stool ???
Since when your symptoms started.??
Sir what laxative u used.?
Try to take biscodyl 4mg/tab at before bed time for the constipation
