Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. I am 13 year old for the last six months after typhoid and reactive arthritis I having been having lower abdominal pain in both sides I was diagnosed with uti but my pain didn't clear I got rid of uti but was still with the pain it happens when I walk well a little just a medium I would say but I decided to get ultrasound the ultrasound showed a inflamed kidney and infection in kidneys and also a dissented large intestine after a treatment within just a week my ultrasound just got clear but just after a week the pain doesn't go I have also seen that my tummy just looks a little more fatter an little bloated sometime there is just one thing I feel personally feel this pain is related to my large intestine and also typhoid and that my ultrasounds assure that there is no kidney stone neither appendicitis or any thing else and also that I have this irritation and inflammation of meatus that has been with me since the pain and well its somewhat balanitis but since it's meatus I don't know doc please I have had allot of it now I just want to say please help me and can't consult any more experts and this seems to be my last bit I have had allot of personal issues and I just need advice a medical advice on what condition I have is the only necessary thing for me.
